Children’s Ministry Curriculum
Fan the Flame is a powerful 7 week kids ministry curriculum designed to help children discover what it means to be fully devoted followers of Jesus. Based on the book of Acts and aligned with the Queensland Baptists’ devotional series, this curriculum brings the early church to life in fun, relatable ways for kids – recommended for ages 5-12.
Each week, we’ll explore one of seven key practices that shaped the lives of the first believers—simple, practical habits that continue to fan the flame of faith today. From bold prayer to radical generosity, kids will learn how to live out their faith in everyday ways, empowered by the Holy Spirit. With engaging lessons, hands-on activities, and Bible-based teaching, Fan the Flame helps your kids ministry partner with families to build strong foundations of faith and spark a lifelong journey with Jesus.
